Family will receive
friends on Thursday,
November 29th
2018, from 6-8 p.m. at
the funeral home.
Mr. Norris passed
away on November 28th,
2018 at the age of 50 at
his home.
Tim was born in Anniston,
AL and raised in
Blue Mountain, AL. He
was a graduate of Saks
High School in 1987. He
worked at Tape Craft,
Battelle and Honeywell.
He was a member of the
Krystal Fishing Team for
many years with numerous
wins. He also fished
on the BFL and Redman
Fishing Trails, winning
several of these tournaments
as well. He was
well known for his
ability to fish. Tim was
very involved with little
league and Jr. high
sports at Alexandria.
He was an avid outdoorsman.
He loved to
fish, hunt, coach, and
teach his son life lessons.
He was very involved in
family life and was a
member of Mt. Zion
Baptist Church of Alexandria,
AL.
Mr. Norris is survived
by his wife, Christie
Norris of 23 years; 16
year old son, Connor
Norris; sisters, Nancy
Sexton, Melanie Mowery
(Jeff); brothers, Roger
Norris (Beth), Michael
Norris; nieces, Kristie
Goodson (Randy), Amber
Hayes, Wendy Snyder
(Michael), Robin
Coley (Anthony); nephews,
Jason Norris, Eric
Bedwell, Chad Sexton,
Jacob and Joshua Carter,
along with many greatnieces
and great-nephews;
his father-in-law
and mother-in-law, Gary
and Margie McDonald.
He will be missed by
many others.
He is proceeded in
death by his parents, Jessie
Carl and Mary Rose
Norris; sister, Carolyn
Harbin.
