Judy Marie was born in Houston on September 15, 1951 to Monroe and Julia Peters. She was the second of six children and cherished from birth. Judy lived most of her life in the Houston area, attended Cy-Fair High School, and was a blessing to all who were lucky enough to know her.
Judy was welcomed into heaven by our Lord on November 30, 2018. Her parents were waiting along with her mother-in-law, Bettye O’Reagan, her sister, Rhonda Gayle Fogarty, her brothers-in-law, Bill DiStefano & Darrell Ward and many other loved ones who have gone before her, as well as her beloved fur baby, “Maxie”.
She left to prepare a home for so many. Included in the list of those who will feel an emptiness without her are: her loving and devoted husband of almost 25 years, Michael O’Reagan, her children; Kimberly & Erich Faircloth, Travis & Jessica Goodman, Mickey & Morganne O’Reagan, Crystal Yzaguirre, and April & Jake Belson. Her beloved grandchildren, who were the lights of her life, include Tyler, Allie & Avery Faircloth, Stetsen, Kaydie & Haylie Goodman, Julie & Ray Smiley, Brianna & Christian McLarty, Savannah O’Reagan & Cody Rister, Dakota O’Reagan, Jacob Belson, Dena Aranda, Tony Yzarriere, and Killian O’Reagan. Judy was blessed with great-grandchildren, Adalyn McLarty and soon to arrive , Wade Rister. Her siblings who were beyond loved by her; Beverley DiStefano, Marilyn Ward, Monroe Jr. & Jackie Peters, Roger & Kelli Peters, Chuck Fogarty, her "Alaskan" family - Seane & Kevin English, her great aunt, Lucille Jackson, her life-long, very best friend, Michele Ledford, as well as countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She may be gone from our lives, but never from our hearts.
Momma loved flowers. Our preferred florists are Bloomers Florist or Cornelius in Tomball as they have a relationship with the church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Intercept Ministries. Https://PayPal.me/interceptministries
Momma also loved stuffed animals, children and Christmas. We will have a collection area for anyone who would like to bring a stuffed animal. After her grandchildren have each chosen one to keep, the remainder will be donated to Intercept Ministries to be given to needy children for Christmas.
What better way to spread her love this Christmas. ♥️ Lunch will be served after moms service on Saturday at the Church.
