Irene Mandarich, 91, a lifelong resident of Pueblo, passed away on December 4, 2018. She was survived by her two children, Wayne Mandarich (Deanna) of Colorado Springs, and Elsie Schiro of Fort Worth, Texas; and her brother, Edward Washkovich, of Seattle, Washington. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Jason, Joey and Jeff Mandarich and Nick Milosevich, and seven great grandchildren. Irene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe, of 64 years. The Mandarich family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Healthcare Resort and Pikes Peaks Hospice in Colorado Springs for the wonderful care they provided to their mother. A Vigil Service will be held at St. Michaels Orthodox Church, 801 West Summit Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado 81004 on Monday, December 10, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service at the church on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery. Reception will immediately follow interment at the Olde Towne Carriage House, 102 South Victoria Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado.
