Tracy is preceded in death by her father, Donald P. Horan, and survived by her mother, Charlene A. Horan, brother Jesse J. Horan, half-sister Heidi Horan, sister-in-law Amy Horan, nephew Tanner Rutigliano, and nieces Logan Horan and Delaney Rutigliano, as well as a number of incredible aunts and cousins.
Tracy grew up an active and athletic girl, in W. St. Paul, Montana. After attending a couple years at Mankato State University, Tracy transferred to Colorado University, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree. Immediately following graduation, Tracy worked as a youth counselor for Excelsior Youth Center, but suffered a brain aneurysm not too long after her hire.
Though Tracy was forced to fight to regain much of her physical and mental function, she exceeded all expectations. Many thanks to all the Doctors, P.T.s and Staff who made such an impact on her life, at Craig Hospital. As an adult, Tracy enjoyed everything from spending time with her KADEP (adult care) family, to making pottery, traveling, water-skiing, boating, shopping, NHL hockey, camping, "Facebooking" and most of all, spending time with her family.
Memorial Services 3:00 PM Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Olinger Highland Chapel, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado 80229.
An informal gathering will also be held at Tracy's brother's house, following the service, at 2848 West 115th Drive, Westminster, Colorado 80234.
Fond memories of Tracy and expressions of sympathy for her family may be shared at the guest book below.
