Billy W. Mills

Billy Wayne Mills, 65, of Big Spring, TX, formerly of Sundown, TX, passed away on December 13, 2018, in Big Spring. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018, from 12:00pm to 1:45pm at George Price Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will begin at 2:00pm at George Price Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow at Sundown Cemetery. Billy was born on November 27, 1953, in Taylor, TX, to James and Novie (Blackwell) Mills. His working career consisted of many years in construction and oil field positions. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Kim; two brothers, Terry and Johnny; and one stepson Dusty Carpenter. Those left to cherish his memory are his sons Aaron; Cody; Chris; four brothers; two sisters; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
