John Zimmerman, 41, of Knoxville, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, January 19th. His family is brokenhearted but rejoices that his suffering is no more and that he is with the One he loved and served so faithfully while on earth. He was an active member of Cumberland Baptist Church and a dedicated employee of Griffin Greenhouse Supplies. He is intensely missed by: his beloved wife, Amber, and their two precious children, Jonas and Audrey; parents, Tom and Carol Zimmerman; brothers, Carl (Elyse) Zimmerman and Joel (Esther) Zimmerman; father-in-law, Warren (Rhonda) Huddleston; mother-in-law, Debbie Cardinael; sister-in-law, Kristin (Harlan) Walker; adoring nephews and nieces, Robert, Kendall, Liam, Cole, Ezra, Maya, Reid, and Cooper; grandmother, Ruth Zimmerman; and many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends. Receiving of friends will be at Weaver Funeral Home, 5815 Western Avenue, at 11am on Saturday, January 26, with a celebration of life to follow at 1pm.
