Although Jane was born with special needs, she was often helped during her life by countless loving and generous people. Likewise, it was so much in Jane’s nature to love and give of herself, that for well over 10 years, she volunteered regularly at Helping Hands in Bentonville.
Jane enjoyed spending time with both her immediate and extended family and loved them all dearly.
She liked to collect things like angels and Beanie Babies. But her most valuable collections were her friends. Over the years while living in both Fayetteville and Bentonville, she developed many unique and lasting relationships. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jane was preceded in death by her birth father, Jack Kelley and lifelong father, Ryan Parks.
She is survived by her mother, Laurel Parks of Bentonville; brothers, Jack Kelley and wife Beverly of Bentonville and Mike Parks and wife, Deedee, of Cheyenne, Wyoming; sister, Joan Briggs and husband, Robert of Centerton, Arkansas; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on February 9, 2019 at 2pm at First United Methodist Church in Bentonville. Following the service, there will be a reception in the fellowship hall of the church.
In lieu of flowers, financial donation in memory of Jane can be made to Helping Hands, helpinghandsnwa.org.
