Charlene Lou Neiman, 72, of Texarkana, TX passed away January 29, 2019 in a local hospital. She was born June 9, 1946 in Chicago, IL.

Survivors include her daughters, Teresa Feasel of Arkansas, Vickie Parmenter of Texas and Michele Devore of Little Rock, AR; sons and daughter-in-laws, John and Nannette Brandenburg of Mt. Pleasant, TX and Dennis and Marcy Brandenburg of Paris, TX; a number of brothers, sisters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Rev. Beau Maddox officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
