Jerry Douglas Ellis, 47, of Big Spring, Texas passed away on February 2, 2019.

Graveside service will be held on February 6, 2019 at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home in Tyler, Texas at 2:00.

Jerry was born in Tyler on September 29, 1971. He graduated from Robert E Lee High School. Jerry proudly served his country in the U.S. Armed Forces, Army.

Jerry was married to his soulmate, Mary on December 1, 2012.

Jerry worked at Invenery as a wind technician.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Vinnie and Alex; mother, Alinda; brothers, Bill and Eugene; nephew, Perry; grandparents, Gene and Angeline; grandfather to Brynlea and Salem.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Ellis and grandparents, Ella and Perry Evans.
