Stephen Francis Wierbicki, JR., born February 18, 2019, the infant son of Stephen F. and Dawn M. (Grocki) Wierbicki, of East Hartford, passed away peacefully in his parent’s arms on February 21, 2019. Even though he was only here for three days, the love we shared, will be forever treasured by his entire family. Dawn and Stephen are grateful that GOD granted them the privilege of being his parents. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents John A. Sr. and Linda (Tucker) Grocki, of Norwich, his uncles John A Grocki, Jr. and Daniel Owens, both of Norwich, his great aunt Anne E. Wierbicka of New Britain and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Simon F. and Marie E. (Vaillancourt) Wierbicki. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be Saturday March 2, 2019 at 10AM at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 1 Community St. East Hartford, followed by committal services at the Sacred Heart Cemetery Chapel, Burritt St., New Britain. An hour of visitation will precede the service from 8:30AM-9:30AM at the Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, CT 06108.
