Margie had an enormous, unashamed, all consuming love for Jesus, that she loved to share with everyone around her. Margie was able to display her love for Jesus in so many ways. She loved all animals, especially cats, and could often be found nursing a sick animal back to health. She would defend those who needed it, even when it might hurt her. She would take in friends who needed a home or just a friendly ear. She was also gifted with a beautiful voice and growing up she could often be found singing worship in the church choir with her sister, Patty, and was honored to sing at her brother, Darrell & Trisha’s wedding.
Margie was a strong and fun spirited woman who was blessed with a loving heart. Her life was not always an easy one. In fact, most of her life was quite difficult, but despite the many difficulties she faced, she always managed to love. She had a tremendous strength and ability to keep picking herself up, dusting off, and keep going. She was a fighter.
Margie had a huge heart and love for Jesus, her family and her friends. If you were lucky enough to have her in your life, then you knew she loved you, and she gave everything she had to those she loved.
Now Margie is finally at peace. She is whole and she is happy in a place where there are no more tears and no more pain, and for this we rejoice. However, we also mourn, because on this earth she is missed. Margie is survived by her Mother, Billye; sons, Jason, Marcus, and CJ; grandchildren, Alana, Wyatt, Weston and Winsley; her sisters, Patty and Sherry; brothers, Darrell and Kevin and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
