Rosemarie Chattin

Rosemarie Chattin, 82, of Homosassa, Florida, passed away on Sat., May 11, 2019 at her home. A native of Philadelphia, PA, she was born Aug. 12, 1936 to Danial and Margaret (Hallis) Heim, one of four children. A lifelong homemaker, Rosemarie moved to Homosassa in 1994 from Connecticut and was a parishioner of St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church in Homosassa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 57 years, Eugene Chattin, on June 11, 2011. Mrs. Chattin is survived by her siblings William Heim (Nancy), Reading, PA; Margaret Dean (Walt), Gilberton, PA and Gloria Crowe, Pottsville, PA; nephews Greg Heim (Lauren), Effertor, PA and Chad Heim, Reading, PA; niece Shannon Dean, Shamokin, PA; cousin Colleen Fox (Edward), Pottsville, PA and good friends Teresa Stayler (husband Otto and their daughter Ashley) and Anita Aubrey (husband Norman. A Catholic Prayer service will take place at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa, FL on Fri., May 17th at 12:00 Noon. Friends will be received from 11:00 AM until time of service.
