I met John a while back, though his brother Tony – sometime in the late '80s. From the start I was treated by John and his family like I was really a part of their family. Always so welcoming… 

Like Tony, Mike, Kenny and Hank, I shared a love of cars with John. Everyone would give their two cents in troubleshooting a problem with someone’s car, but when John chimed in, we were all ears. And you’d do yourself a favor if you took notes 😉. John knew his stuff.
I found out about his recent troubles not long before his passing. I hope John can finally rest and be comfortable. RIP John. 
You were a great friend. 


John was a very good neighbor to my family for 20 years. We could ask for any tool in that garage and he would kindly let us use it.  Really going to miss looking over there and  seeing him in the  garage and feeling safe walking knowing  he  was there RIP my friend until we meet again.   Blessings and comfort to the family so sorry for your loss l truly love you all

Me explaining my  memory’s with my papa could go on and on and probably fill a whole book long . But one of my few favorite memories where when I would come home from school and see the garage open , for him to give me a grate welcome home , or when we would go to Orlando and see the beautiful car shows in old town , and he would have the biggest smile ever . I loved seeing him happy . Unfortunately his last weeks he suffered And I’m glad he is resting and no longer in pain .  
I love you papa and know you will be missed and never forgotten ! Please look over our family especially nana 😭

John was a good neighbor and friend.  My dog often went into his garage to visit Max, without any invitation.  John never got upset that Diesel ran into his garage.   He’d smile and sometimes let Diesel in the house to see Max. He was always kind and friendly.   I felt safe knowing he was home hanging out in the garage watching TV.   I would often walk Diesel late but if the garage was open I knew I was safe being outside late with Diesel.  He’d also fill my lawn mower tire with air. 

He will be missed. My condolences to the family.
