Mr. Charles Joseph Strain, age 91, of Marietta, passed away June 3, 2019.

He was a veteran of the Georgia Air National Guard having served during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Kathleen Cox Strain; sons, Charles Michael Strain, Terry Kenneth Strain; Siblings, Robert H. Strain, Betty Boggs, Helen Hayney, Myron Strain; grandchildren, David Luckie, Carrie Strain, Terilyn Polorins; great grandchildren, Dalton Beck, Cayman Creevy, Alayna Polorins, Kiera Polorins, Evee Luckie and David Luckie.

Funeral services will be held Friday June 7 at 2 PM in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Strain officiating. Interment will follow in the Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends between the hours of 6 until 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
