Albinus "Bud" Charles Citrowske 86, of Lakewood, passed away on June 27th. Bud came from a family of nine in a farming community in Minnesota. He was drafted for the Korean War at age 18. He served for two years, and joined the reserves afterwards. After his service, he married Margie and had six children, but his marriage unfortunately ended. In 1970, he married Mary, and had two more children and was happily married for 49 years.
Bud was a farmer for many years, but in 1976, moved to Denver to begin his own landscaping service and begin a new chapter in his life. He served his community for many years with his involvement with the K of C. Bud was also an avid hunter and fisherman. Declining health over the last few years of his life, finally brought him home.
Bud is survived by his wife, Mary; children, Rebbecca (Tom), Stanley (Loraine), Robert, Kenneth, Patrick, Julie, Perry (Theresa), Shelly; grandchildren, Donald, Junior, Darrick, Justin, Jesse, Jacob, Keely, Maria, Elizabeth, Clare, Thomas, John, Dominic, Gianna, Gabriel, Damien; and great-grandchild, Miera.
A visitation will be held on Wed. July 3rd from 9:00AM-10:15AM, followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 10:15AM; Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM, all at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Parish on Miller St. in Lakewood.
