Brian F. Zalewski, beloved son, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend passed away on July 5, 2019, at the age of 52. Brian was born on November 19, 1966, in Lansing, MI, the son of Mary (Iskra) Zalewski and the late Richard E. Zalewski.
Brian was preceded in death by his father in 1998 and brother, Richard S. (Rick) in 2004. Brian will enjoy everlasting life with those he loves and has missed so very much.
Brian had a kind, loving heart and a warm, welcoming smile. He cared deeply for his friends and family and had a special place in his heart for all four-legged, furry friends.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his mother; nieces, Alyssa and Kaelan of Williamston; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends, and his beloved dog and constant companion, Kita.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at St Mary Catholic Church, 157 High St. Williamston, MI. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. A rosary service will be held Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.
Interment will occur at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ingham County Animal Shelter, 600 Buhl St, Mason, MI in memory of Brian. .
