Leroy Dale Puckett Sr.

Leroy Dale Puckett Sr., age 72 of Middletown, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019 at Hospice of Butler Warren Counties. He was born Sept. 18, 1946 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of John and Edna (Watkins) Puckett.

He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Rozzella (Puckett) Montgomery.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Ethel Puckett; daughter, Lisa (Francisco) Camargo – Cruz; son, Dale Puckett; 8 grandchildren, Mia Mobley, Charles Brown, Kenneth Brown, Amber Camargo, Juana Camargo, Michael Haven, Leroy Montgomery, Kayla Tribbe; 3 great grandchildren, Madelyn, Bruce and Noah; 2 brothers, Mark Puckett, Gary Puckett and sister, Penny Puckett.

Memorial Services will be 10:00 am, Monday, July 8, 2019 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, Ohio, with Pastor Dewey Martin officiating.
