Salvatore A. Tusa, age 91, passed away August 2, 2019. He was born on November 29, 1927 in Queens, New York a son of the late Ignatius and Mary (Sebastianelli) Tusa. He served in the United States Navy during WWII. He is a retired officer from New York Department of Sanitation. Moved to Florida in 1973 and then worked at the Patrick Air Force Base golf course. Mr. Tusa was an active volunteer at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the King Center and a member of the Brevard Talent Group. He was an avid fisherman.
Survivors include his wife Mary, 1 brother Michael (Kristine) Tusa, 2 sisters Linda (Ricky) LoMonaco and Pauline Poresky, 5 stepchildren, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his first wife Rose, son Lenny and stepson Danny.
