Jerry attended the St. John United Church of Christ in Granite City. He collected pocket knives and was an avid music lover. Jerry also loved cars, especially his 1972 Monte Carlo SS Special Edition and his 1987 Monte Carlo, which he kept in pristine condition. He was a loving son, brother, and uncle, who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his father, George William Pike, Jr. and his twin brother, Darryl K. Pike.
Surviving was his mother, Doris V. Pike, nee Vintila, whom passed away just 5 days after Jerry. He is also survived by his siblings, Darlene (Mark) McIntyre, George W. (Marsha) Pike, III, and Laurie B. Pike, all of Granite City, Illinois; his nephew and nieces, Daniel (Emily) Pike, Kaitlin (Dustin) Becker, and Rachele McIntyre; and his great nephew and great nieces, Emmett, Delaney, and Hayleigh; and many other relatives and friends.
