Maria Veloz also known as "Ita" or Tia Mari passed away on August 24, 2019. Ita was born on June 20, 1933 to Francisco and Felipa Jimenez Tovar.

Ita is survived by her children Pilar, Carlos, Lorena and Ralphie as well as her 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Ita will be remembered for her great sense of adventure, entrepreneurship, independence and love. To the end of her days, she was always ready to go. Sadly by then she didn't know where, but still wanted to go. We pray she finally found her way home in company of her mom, dad and all her loved ones gone before her. Rest in peace in the glory of our Lord.
