Chuck was born March 9,1955 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan and preceded in death by parents
Charles Sr. and Frances, and parents-in-law Earl and Marie St.Clair, as well as other special
relatives.
Loving husband of Patty (St.Clair) Coram for 43 years and devoted father to children Cassandra
Campbell (Bill), Jessica, Patrick (Lisa Bober), and Nicholas (Samantha). Adored by the lights of
his life, his grandchildren Gage, Will and Arianna. Loved by brothers Mike (Karen), Mark (Sue),
Brad (Lorraine), and Gordon. Chuck will be missed by in-laws Della (Duane), Joe (Pam), Mike
(Lee), Marcia (Todd) and Sheila (Kevin), as well as many aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and
friends.
Chuck was a military policeman during the VietNam era. Chuck comes from a long line of
policemen. He loved his family, gardening, feeding his birds and eating peanut M&Ms.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2019 beginning at 1:00 p.m. followed by a
Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, Livonia,
Michigan 48152. Per the family's request, please wear brightly colored clothes (like the M&Ms
Chuck loved).
In lieu of flowers, bequests may be referred to the family to be donated to the
Chuck Coram Memorial Fund at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease at the
National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Please make checks payable to NIH.
