Allan Dale Kaser, age 80, passed away in Bullhead City, Arizona on September 5, 2019. He was born on April 15, 1939 in Silverton, Oregon to Orval Fredrick and Maxine Virginia (Harmon) Kaser. He was one of three children. He attended Neahkahnle High School in Rockaway, Oregon and graduated in 1957. He then attended Portland State University and graduated in 1961 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting.
Allan enlisted in the United States Air Force. He retired after 24 years of service. He also owned the Rumpus Room Tavern for 28 years, which he sold so that he could travel around the United States in his motor home. He had a wonderful time traveling, and he enjoyed visiting castles in his travels. He was a snowbird in Bullhead City, and he enjoyed the life that he had there. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the American Legion, and he spent a lot of time at the lodge with his friends. He was a kind, generous and happy man, and he will be missed.
Allan was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Robert Kaser and sister, Jean Winslow; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held on Thursday, September 19th at 12:30 pm at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
