Dr. Gluck was a great Doctor, but an even greater human being.
He was there for me many years ago when I was going through some rough times.
And through has patience, caring and brilliant insight, he got me through this period. Words really do not convey the gifts of understanding that he transmitted to me, and he is in my heart now and forevermore!
A prince among men!

After 3 years of TBI torture and a life spiraling out of control, Dr. Gluck met with me, knew how bad my situation is, and was the only LMFT and neurofeedback therapist who would work with me and my financial constraints. The last time we met, he told me he didn’t speak as bluntly to other clients as he did me. It made me realize he didn’t think I was dumb - just a pain in the butt (through no real fault of my own, as he expressed). He helped me when no one else would. On the last day of his life, I had called to let him know I was very sick and would have to miss my appointment the next day. For all of the abrasive, yet honest, things he’d said to me throughout treatment (I’m laughing thinking about those conversations), on that day...he had his assistant call me back just to relay to me that he hoped I felt better soon and he looked forward to seeing me on Thursday. The next day, I received the call that shattered my world. 

Beyond all of the silly bickering between us, that last day, he shared his heart, knowing I had been very sick, and offered me genuine compassion. How many of us will move forward without such a brilliant and understanding man to help us navigate our struggles, I don’t yet know. I do know that no one will ever be able to replace him and he will forever be missed by all whose lives he touched - especially mine. Love and thoughts to everyone affected by his absence. 

Jerry was was the Foundation for Neurofeedback and Neuromodulation Research (FNNR, formerly ISNR Research Foundation) Board of Directors member for many years and contributed to our mission of promoting research in neurofeedback and neurotherapy. During the last several years he served on Advisory Board of Foundation due to health issues.  Jerry was highly valued by our Board for his knowledge, experience,  wisdom and integrity. We will miss him very much. Please accept condolence on behalf of the FNNR Board.
