Jack Dewayne Harper, age 83, of Fresno, California passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019. Jack was born January 22, 1936 in Paris, Arkansas.

Jack is survived by his daughter Teresa Ottempeller and husband Steve, sons, Gregory and Jeff Harper, many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife Betty Harper, daughter Janet Petersen..

A graveside for Jack will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Fresno Memorial, 175 S. Cornelia, Fresno, CA 93706.
