RANDOLPH, PATRICIA BROWNE Kathleen Patricia Browne Randolph was born 1-2-1925 in St. Louis, MO and died 1-1-2020 in Dallas, Texas. Attended Visitation Academy (St. Louis & Washington DC campuses) and graduated from St. Louis University with a degree in Political Science. Highlights of her time at SLU were meeting handsome Army Air Corps veteran Bev Randolph and being the editor of the university yearbook. Pat and Bev married on 3-29-1948 and made Dallas, Texas their home. They were long time members of St. Monica Catholic Community.
Pat spent the summers of her youth at camp on a working ranch on Flathead Lake, Beehive, Montana. She cherished the memories of those days of horseback riding, swimming and sleeping under the stars in her bedroll.
As a freelance writer, newspaper columnist, poet and political volunteer Pat pursued her many, varied interests. Pat loved to travel and she and Bev had many adventures exploring the globe. She would describe her joy of travel as three-fold: “I look forward to it, experience it and then relive the memories forever!”
Pat is predeceased by parents, Paul Vincent and Blanche Browne, husband Beverly F. Randolph, son Paul Beverly Randolph, brothers Paul Browne, Farrell Browne and Justin Browne. She is survived by her children Susie Randolph, Patrick Randolph, Jane Randolph Feldman (Edward), granddaughter Alexandra Feldman, brother Gregory Browne (Maureen), cousins Jan Hart Black (Stuart) and Gaylord Hart (Margaret) and many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 2:00 pm on Monday, 1-6-2020 at Calvary Hill Cemetery, North Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of North Texas.
