Fred Joseph Hobaica went to eternal rest with the lord on January 11,2020 at the age of 95 years old. He was born on November 9,1924 but celebrated November 11 for many years. He was proud to be born in Phoenix to Arab and Melia Hobaica and celebrated his Lebanese culture and heritage. He is a veteran and served on board the USS George Clymber APA 27 for four years in the US Navy where he earned the nickname Freddy broke.
Fred spent his life building his business in drywall, enjoying his family and friends. He liked to hunt and fish at his home at Roosevelt lake, Fred was also always ready for a family get together which included good Lebanese or Mexican food with a cold beer. He was known for his hospitality and genuine heart if you came to visit.
He is survived by his wife Pat of 58 years this January 20th , his son Rod (Lea ) , daughter Amy (David) , grandchildren Ethan, Savanna (Daniel),
Brynn (Ethan), Jaci, and sister Margaret. In addition to several sister/ brother in-laws , cousins, nieces, and nephews.
