On January 17, 2020 John Joseph "Papa John" Shinaberry, Sr. passed away. He was the beloved father of Brian Lord, Sheena Longest, J.J. Shinaberry, Jr. and the late Lori Johnson; cherished grandfather of Brian Lord, Kaylee Connolly, and Jayce Scott Lord; loving son of the late Howard Gay and Mary Rose Shinaberry; dear brother of Donald Barkley, Jr., Howard Barkley, Diane Waitt, Steven Shinaberry, Douglas Shinaberry, and Robert Shinaberry.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Charles S. Zeiler and Son Inc., 6224 Eastern Ave Baltimore, MD 21224 on Sunday from 11AM-1PM, where a service will follow at 1PM. Interment private.
