Edward Corum Clymer, age 104, of Nashville, born March 17, 1915 in Greenfield, TN passed away January 19, 2020. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Anne R Clymer; his parents Mary Ella and Lincoln John Clymer, sister Guyrene Robinson, and brother Bobby Clymer.
Survived by his loving daughters Fay Copeland (Bob), and Gail (Tom) Abramo; grandchildren Chris (Tara) Copeland, Brandie (Nate) Bracy, Jason (Stephanie) Abramo, Laura and Allison Abramo; great-grandchildren Mya, Nicholas, Addison, Cope, Aubrey, Mac and Greyson.
Mr. Clymer worked for the Department of Agriculture and retired from the U.S. Postal Service Federal Government after 45 years. He was enlisted in the Navy during World War II stationed in Trinidad. He was a charter member of Dalewood United Methodist church in 1950 and an active and faithful member.
A celebration of life service will be conducted 11am Friday, January 24, 2020 at Dalewood United Methodist Church with Dr. Lynn Hill officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
Visitation with family 10am-11am Friday immediately before the celebration service.
