Stephen M. Kazlow was born November 8th, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York as the only son of Seymour and Frances Kazlow and the beloved little brother of his sister Marilyn.
Steve graduated from Miami Beach High school in 1958 and married the love of his life, Toby Dreyer Kazlow on July 22, 1962.
Steve and Toby spent the early years of their marriage in Florida, then moving to Atlanta, Georgia where they started their family before settling in Richardson, Texas where they resided for over forty years. It was in the Richardson home where they raised their three boys: Robert Allen, Stuart Michael and Jason David.
Steve took pride in customizing pieces for family and friends before retiring from jewelry sales & Eskay Jewelry.
Steve’s hobbies included hunting, fishing, travel and cooking. He enjoyed a cold deer stand in the early morning, a good smooth scotch in the evening and a lively card game.
For the last few years, Steve has enjoyed every day that he spent as a resident of Belmont Village Turtle Creek. The fellowship, camaraderie and activities offered there were the glean of his golden years.
Steve passed from this life on January 25th, 2020. Faithfully loyal to his family and friends; his humor and generosity will be missed.
Steve is survived by his spouse, Toby of Dallas and sister Marilyn Glasser of Atlanta, Georgia. Sons- Robert of Dallas, Stuart (Jeri) of Tyler, Jason (Daphnie) of Royse City, and nine grandchildren. Also left behind is Steve’s treasured nephew, Harvey Glass (Susan) of Atlanta.Great niece Brooke,Great nephew Josh (Kristin) and great-great nephew JJ.
Memorial Service will be held on February 10th, 2020 at 10am.
