I am almost happy to  know that Tom mssed out on all the evil in today's world...with stolen elections and the Communist take-over of our beloved Country. I think of him often with honor and the Grace of God.

Tommy was a great friend from Feltonville in the early '60s.  Bob and I have wonderful memories spent with Tom and Esta, they were a fabulous couple!!! Later we lived down the street from them on McKinley Street in Philly. Tom had a very funny dry sense of humor and had us laughing on many occasions!  We miss him.

We were so sorry to hear of the loss of Tommy.  He was a loving husband,  father and grand pop.  I remember the day you and Tommy were married.  You were both so young and in love.  I was there with all your other friends and my Dad was there as the wedding photographer.  You were so beautiful and Tommy was so handsome .  It was true love and my Dad captured the essence of your love in these photos posted on your website.  Tom was the love of your life.  Over your 54 years of marriage you shared many beautiful memories.  As you raised your family there were good times and hard times but the strength of your love carried you through.  Looking at the photos of you and Tommy with your children and grandkids, I can see the gift of love shining through them.   Tommy’s legacy is his gift of love to you and his family. Dear Cousins -- I am thinking of all of you during this difficult time and remembering Tom as a teenager. If I remember right, wild and crazy and fun! I remember Essie and Tom as one of my first in-love couples -- they seemed so grown up to me, knew so much more about the world than I did, though I was not much younger. Obviously, they had the right idea from early on -- 54 years together. Amazing! -- I'm sending all of you a big hug and much strength. We have known Tom since the early sixties. He was a true friend with a great sense of humor! He will be sadly missed. His wife Esta also a dear friend of ours, have had many memorable times together. Our deepest sympathy to Esta, Amy, Kelly, and Donald. He loved you all!! Until we meet again our friend!

I first met Tom  as an upbeat real estate agent working with me at LSI Real Estate Services many years ago.  We enjoyed working together and shared many lunches and laughter together.  Tom was always the first to offer his helping hand to anyone who needed it.  He was a fine man who loved life and will be missed by many.

As a best friend of Tom's daughter,  Kelly,  since Kelly and I were in 4th grade, I will always have very fond memories of Tom as a loving dad and a very happy man!  He loved having us around the house and he always had such great energy. 

My deepest condolences to the Schwartz family.   Tom will always live on in our hearts!

Kelly, my BFF,  words cannot describe the deepest, heartfelt sympathy that is with you right now.   Your dad was funny, kind, courageous, and brave.   I will always remember the times we stayed up late, chatting with your dad before he left for work, when we were in junior high.  He was a hard worker, and loved you all so much. A round fifty years ago our families met in Indianapolis, Ind.
We meshed together and became extended family to each
other.  Holidays were celebrated with good food,  picking
at left overs and feeling loved.
Words like fortitude and endurance come forward now, as you,
Essie and Tom faced his health issues early in life.
Tom had perseverance and humor. My memory of him and his
constant dog companion, George, taking their stroll down the
middle of Commonwealth Ct will bring a smile to my heart.
They were a couple of "cool dudes."

Dear Esta, Amy, Don and Kelly:  

We are so saddened that we lost a true friend, a true gentleman and a loving man. He always made us feel welcome and we were always happy to be in his world.  We had some great party’s, dinners, dances and get togethers.   He would look at you with that cute smile and we knew something was on the horizon. Esta would just look around and smile because she knew he had something up his sleeve.  No matter where I saw Tom, I would give a kiss on the cheek, a hug and say, “how’s my boyfriend doing”.  I loved his smile. Tom, we will miss you dear friend. Please know we are here for Esta and your family. You were blessed with a loving family. The memories will be with you all forever. 🙏🙏.

Amy and I met in Indianapolis, Indiana. 
        Our friendship turned into our families becoming family . We spent Holidays together . The moved to Niles Il we moved to Rockford . From there they became Uncle Tom and Aunt Essie . Naps after big dinners , silliness , fun , . We became adults and drifted a little. Be we are forever family . We live you dearly still 🙏🏻❤️Ironically both parents ended up in Florida .  We the adult kids Illinois. Starting our own traditions . Nothing to me will compare to the holidays with the Schwartz’s. May the Schwartz stay with and be with you 😉❤️❤️❤️❤️❣️We love you 🤷‍♀️🌹
