Our loving mother passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020.

She was born in Fresno, California on April 20, 1936 to Adam and Molly Meisner.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Chadwick.

Carolyn is survived by her son, Lynn Chadwick and daughter & son-in-law, Donna & Paul Klein all of Hanford, California. She also leaves behind her sister, Sylvia Keith and nephews Mark and Shawn Abbott and their families all of Fresno, California.
