Dale Janice Bestgen

Dale was born on January 20, 1941 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico to Wade and Janice Terry. Dale married Bonnie Bestgen on November 21, 1959 in Tipton, and became a mother to his three children. Dale was a bookkeeper for A & D Builders and later a secretary at Sedalia Court House.

Visitation will take place from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Fortuna Baptist Church, Hwy 5, Fortuna, MO. A Memorial Service will follow at 5 p.m.

Dale is survived by her two sisters, Sharon (Bill) Ward of Lone Tree, Colorado and Kay (Mike) Johnson of Corvallis, Montana; her children David (Martha) Bestgen of Tipton, Michael Bestgen and companion Theresa Catino of Westford, Massachusetts, Virginia (Jeff) Allen of Sedalia, Mo., Janice (Don) Klatt of Columbia, Mo., Fay (Mike) Kuttenkuler of Tipton, Cathy (Jerry) Garber of Tipton, Barbara (Doug) Austin of Ozark, Arkansas, Wade (Sandy) Bestgen of Raymore, Mo., Louis (Cindy) Bestgen of Lee's Summit, Mo., and Ricky (Jody) Bestgen of Lee's Summit, Mo.; grandchildren Jason Smith, Chad Smith, Kassy (Chris) LuAllen, JR (Terra) Allen, Rachel (Jeff) Talbott, Justin Dueber, Allison (Mason) Williams, Jessica (John) Guymon, Joe Kuttenkuler, Andrew (Katie) Kuttenkuler, Matthew (Ashley) Kuttenkuler, Isaac (Alexa) Garber, Randi (Jon) Jarvis, Hannah (Kaden) Wilson, Aaron (Elizabeth) Bestgen, Devan (Morgan) Bestgen, Ryan Franklin, Andrew (Allie) Bestgen, Dylan Bestgen, Summer Bestgen, Steven (Kelly) Bestgen, Sierra (John) Oglesby, Seth Bestgen, Spencer Bestgen, Tanya (Brandon) Accord, Anya Bestgen, and Evan Bestgen; and 42 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bonnie; son, Steven; daughters, Judy Kay and Debbie; granddaughter Andrea Klatt and companion Neil Dooley.

Dale was a member of Fortuna Baptist Church. She enjoyed doing crafts and she and her companion, Neil, loved to travel. She especially appreciated spending time with family.
