Romina, Mina as we fondly call her was born in San Juan Philippines on September 18, 1971. She completed her primary and secondary years at Paco Catholic School in 1988.
Mina earned a degree in Bachelors of Science in Computer Science at St. Paul's College Manila in 1992.
Mina worked at United Overseas Bank where she met her love of her life Jun. They were married for 25 years and they both have two sons Michael (Mico) and Sean. She also worked at Tim Hortons Canada for three years.
Mina was full of life and love. Her family who stood by her side helped her courageously battle the cancer for five years until The Lord called her to rest and be free of pain and suffering.
She is predeceased by her mother Imelda survived by husband, son, father Roberto Sr, sister Romelda (Bambi) and Ferdie Ignacio, brother Roberto Jr (Bob) and Carina Fajardo, brothers Peter, Roneil (Onic) and sister Rhoda (Claire) and Donald Campbell, Auntie Luz, niece Lany, cousins, nephews, nieces, in laws, relatives and friends.
We will hold a private viewing and internment will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on a later date.

The family would like to thank the amazing doctors Dr. Paul and Dr. Kim, the staff of Clinic 2 and The Hematology Department of Cancer Care Manitoba and to her second home the amazing Misericordia Place Cornish 2 where she attended her masses and was able to keep her faith, to her roommate Jean who has been thoughtful throughout her stay and lastly to all the wonderful staff for their kindness and care especially to the nurses Lilibeth and Sarah for their compassionate love.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Care Manitoba and Misericordia Place where these two institutions made her life lived to the fullest and comfortable or to any charity of your choice.
