Joe loved airplanes and was a member of CAP. He would attend the meetings and mentor the young members when he could. Joe also enjoyed bowling, eating chocolate and spending time with his beloved dog, Brandi, until she passed 3 years ago.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, J.E. Jacks and sister, Mary Kathryn Hill.
Joe is survived by his son, Steve Jacks and wife, Jeanne of Texas; daughters, Jo Anna Tallakson and husband, Kent of Bella Vista and Connie Trotter and husband, Terry of Pea Ridge; sister, Martha Anne Stoffle of Manila, Arkansas; 3 grandchildren, Amber Franks (Jared), Josie Jacks and Sophie Jacks; and 2 great-grandchildren, Talan and Colton.
His graveside service will be Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 11:0O at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Arkansas.
