As a child he was obedient, gentle, adventurous, and a bit unconventional at times. Milton moved to the United States in October 1979. As a youth he attended Everglades Middle School and graduated from Dillard High School in Fort Lauderdale. Milton continued his education at Broward College, and Florida Atlantic University. He was an exceptional scholar, and many would agree a very intelligent person.
Milton worked various jobs throughout his young life; nevertheless, he considered himself to be versatile and headstrong. As a result of his resourceful spirit, Milton was often his own boss. He was a man who had to do things his way, and he would eventually be deemed an entrepreneur. He devoted his time by helping those who needed his assistance.
Milton was a member of the Mt. Olivet SDA Church, and as a young adult he enjoyed singing in the youth choir. He was a loving, kind, and caring son, father, brother, husband, uncle, and friend to everyone that knew him. He will be deeply missed by all the lives he touched.
Milton is survived by his devoted wife: Nicola Grant and adoring children: Taylor, Blaine, and Bailey. Milton also leaves behind his grieving parents: Danae & Morallis Grant. His loving sisters: Donna, Judith, Karen; Brothers: Keith (Nichola), Robert (Dianne), and Curtis (Ollie). Additionally, his cherished nieces and nephews and a host of aunties, uncles, cousins, god-sister, and family friends.
Please join Milton’s family in celebrating his life and remembering to love and forgive and as Ephesians 4:32 states: “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you” (NIV).
