I don’t even know where to start. I lost daddy 2 1/2 years ago And now Abuelo and Abuela are together with these children  they lost to another basement situation. She was amazing even though we were apart most of the time, when I seen her she always told me how much she love me and all of her grandchildren and miss them dearly! I will share some pictures with everyone. My heart still hurts from dad and uncle Mark and now grandma but I know they’re all together now, I can’t ask for anything more! God Bless! She was a loving servant of god and now rests as such. 🙏🏻❤️

My sincere sympathies. It's so difficult to lose someone so dear to you. 🙏

A few hours before our Lord took my mom I was with her in the morning .   Though  I  was alone I  told her that all our siblings were there.    Because she was hard of hearing I called out to her the names of my brothers and sisters.  My brother Junior,  Ben, Henry ,Norma,  Damaris and Debbie I told my mom that we were all here with you till the end. Though I didn't think she heard me I believe she did ,because the  tears I wiped from her eyes.
Few hours later she went to be with our Lord ......

We had such a nice time visiting Abuela and putting a little Christmas tree up for her when she was in assisted living... We will miss you Abuela... You will always be in our hearts!  Xoxo❤️

Mom thank you for giving me life 76 years ago as the first born and the responsibilities that was bestowed as i got older .  It's  been a long happy and sometimes sad  journey you were on for 96 years until your Lord called for you.
9 children and countless grand and great grand children later  we are all left with many wonderful memories and broken hearts but finding comfort that
you have found  your  pease in the arms
of your Lord. 
We will miss you and still love you.

My mother-in-law was a mother to me, we would constantly be joking with each other and laughing and sing her Spanish  hymns with her.  I will always remember  her as a strong god fearing woman.  I'll miss you and now your saying "I LIKE IT LIKE  THAT " (inside joke).

As the youngest of the family I can say that MAMI spoiled me, she would always make sure even as an adult that I would have a hat and scarf on in the cold weather and that my coat was buttoned up all the way.  If I was sick she always told me to take Tylenol (that was her go to medicine for everything).  I am going to dearly MISS saying bendicion and having her give me her blessings  which made me feel safe.

God has received another exceptional mother, wife, and friend in heaven. She was the sweetest, loving, and caring person when we lived in the Cleveland area. Her family received us like family. I always asked for “Bendicion” in her presence. May the family have fortitude and peace. RIP Paquita.

Growing up I thought my sister, brother and I were the luckiest kids ever.  Both sets of my grandparents on my mother’s and father’s sides lived directly across the street from each other on Trowbridge for a long time. I have the most amazing memories of spending our weekends crossing the street to enjoy the beautiful cultural differences of my families and getting spoiled by my Abuela Paquita and Abuelo Pedro and my Grandma Julie, Grandpa Joe. There was always an abundance of food and love to share everywhere. They taught their kids and my parents in turn taught me the importance of family and I am who I am today because of them. They are ALL now in heaven together rejoicing in the wonderful families and memories they created. I miss them all. I am STILL the luckiest kid ever. Bendición Abuelita,  I am sad we have lost you. I will miss seeing the way you looked at my father and laughed with him. I am so proud of the long beautiful life you have lived. 

As the youngest of Mami’s boys I have 65 years of memories and I’m very proud to have lots of them on video’s and pictures. My mom was an amazing wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and Puerto Rican cook. She would spoil me with my favorite dishes not only as a kid, but as an adult too. Mami was the go to person when I wanted to have a pig roasts - latino style. We would do all the preparations together with our family. This experience gave me a foundation of knowledge, which I now use when I marinate my meats for Thanksgiving holidays. She is always in my thoughts and I know when I’m enjoying traditional foods she is with me too.

I knew her as my Mama Vieja. She took care of me from the time I was 6 weeks old. She was the most loving, nurturing, caring woman. I have some of my happiest childhood memories because of her. She wasn't my grandmother by blood, but she never made me feel like anything less. Her memory will FOREVER live on in me. I love you Mama Vieja with all my heart, forever.
