Perry “Mac” McDaniel, 74 of Clarksville, died Friday, June 26, 2020 at home.

He was born January 8, 1941 in Floyd, VA, a son of the late Edgar Lewis and Naddine Hairston McDaniel.

Mac served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a retired worker from Mayview State Hospital, a farmer and owned and operated Precious Moments PC Homes, Inc., with his wife Sandy.

He was a member of Fordyce United Methodist Church and the American Legion Post #954, Jefferson.

On October 18, 1972 he married Sandy Howes, who died March 15, 2004.

On November 5, 2015 he married Diana Huffman, who survives.

Also surviving are his four children, Jeanine (Charles) Burwell of Clarksville, Christian (Dawn) McDaniel of Marianna, Sean McDaniel of Clarksville and George Martisko of Clarksville; six grandchildren, Kara Burwell, Travis Burwell, Christian Burwell, Abigail McDaniel, Easton McDaniel and Kyleigh McDaniel; a great granddaughter, Tailynne Blake; a great grandson, Greyson Burwell; and a sister, Wander Mitchell of Floyd, VA.

Deceased are two brothers, Tony McDaniel and Tellis Ira McDaniel in infancy.
