Linda was born to the late Willie Joe Ridgeway and Betty Ann Martin Ridgeway on November 28, 1961 in Atlanta, Georgia at Georgia Baptist Hospital (now Atlanta Medical Center). She was a 1980 graduate of Douglas County High School where she played the flute in the high school band. She also attended West Georgia as she had a passion about learning.
Linda was a very sweet, funny and considerate individual. She was generous and would be the first to give you the shirt off of her back to help others. She attended Crossroads Church and had served in the café. She had other joys in life such as reading, cross stitching, following the Royal Family and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Joe and Betty Ann Ridgeway. Her memory will be cherished by her daughter, Laura Ross Goodfriend and her husband Jon; son, David Ross; granddaughter, Braylee Goodfriend; sister, Vickie Lynn Everette; and “stepfather,” John Dyar.
