Donald Anthony Bianconi, 78, resident of St. Johns, Florida, died July 23, 2020. Born September 16, 1941, in Meriden, Connecticut, the only child of Dolindo and Primetta (Rinaldini) Bianconi, he was the husband of Anne (McGee) Bianconi. Donald was a graduate of Orville H. Platt High School, and Hartford Technical College. He worked for Olivetti Underwood before working for Heublein, Inc., for over 30 years. After living in Meriden and Cheshire for most of his life, he retired to St. Johns, Florida.
In addition to his wife of 57 years, Anne, he is survived by his children, Tracey Lyons, Michael, Donald and Edward Bianconi. He also leaves his cherished grandchildren, Ashley (Travis) Larsen; Kevin and Kelsey Lyons; Karlyn, Joey, Alden, Maya, and Ryder Bianconi; his much beloved great-granddaughters, Evelyn and Amelia Larsen; and his loyal dog, Quinn.
A private family celebration of life will be held after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. If desired, donations in his memory to the American Diabetes Association would be welcomed by the family.
