He graduated from Andress High School in El Paso TX. This is where he met the love of his life, Leticia Bledsoe Garnica. It was love at 1st sight and a love that could not be touched. Willie loved all aspects of sports. Football, baseball, wrestling and loved to draw. Of course, his favorite football team was The Dallas Cowboys. He loved to cook and bake. He was a machine operator for Borden’s and Smurfit Stone Container. He loved to go to church and spread the word of GOD.
He was called home to heaven on Friday, July 24th, 2020 at Methodist Hospital.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories: His loving wife Leticia Bledsoe, his first-born Willie Ray Bledsoe Jr., middle child Joseph Michael Bledsoe, and youngest daughter Vanessa Erica Bledsoe. His loving mother Geneva Bledsoe; three brothers, Michael Bledsoe, Albert Bledsoe and Vincent Bledsoe; two sisters Barbara Bledsoe and Wanda Bledsoe. Nieces Shereka Bledsoe, Latacia Bledsoe, Princess Bledsoe, Monique Sampson and Felecia Wenzl. Nephews Clifton Wenzl, Michael Bledsoe Jr, Jaylon Bledsoe, Adam Bledsoe. Great nephews Ja’Kari Wenzl, Patrick Sampson, Jessie Alonzo, Jay Lee , Jeffrey (AKA Jc) Keyonte, Hayden, Kelton Jr and Kayson; Great nieces Jasmine, Julie, Natalie and Makayla; Symone and Nature Wenzl; loving cousins and other relatives.
One sister, Cecelia Bledsoe Sampson, preceded him in death.
