Gary Ray "Thunderwolf" Soyars, age 58 passed away on August 27, 2020.
He was a proud Cherokee and loved to teach others the way of the Cherokee.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean Cowles "MorningStar" Young,
his Father-in-law Douglas Beatty "Deak Bear" Spencer III and his niece Leah Rose Frye.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years Rebecca Ann Spencer "Winter Wolf" Soyars,
Sisters: Brenda Soyars "MorningStar" Knight and Darlene Soyars Smith,
Son: Ethan Ray Soyars and his wife Samara, Step-Daughter:Rachel Ann Dykes,
Mother-in-law: JoAnne Spencer, Sister-in-laws: Cynthia Lynn Spencer "Silver Wolf" Horsley,
Debra Jo Spencer "Fire Cat" Sabljak and Vickie Irene Spencer Clawson and her husband Carl,
Nieces: Roxanne Andrea "Timid Fawn" Sabljak, Alana Gracie-Marie "Hummingbird" Green,
Samantha Jean Knight, Tabatha Dawn Vassey and Charlene Kay Soyars,
Nephews: Erik Smith, James Donald Spencer, Bill Clawson and Alexander Clawson,
Aunts: Marilyn Joyce Soyars and Shirley Ann Soyars.
Adopted brother: Antonio Lopez, Adopted Sister: Teresa Garcia,
Adopted Niece: Vanesa Lopez, Adopted Nephew: Anatolio Lopez
His Celebration of Life will be held on September 27,2020 at 9am-9pm at
