Carl Cline Cook, age 78, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020 at JCMC. He was a member of Three Springs Baptist Church. He retired from Berkline and was a farmer. Preceding him in death were his parents, Mack and Dovie Cook; brothers, Herbert Cook, Ray Cook, Lowell Cook, Clarence Cook, John Cook; and granddaughter, Halle Ausmus.
Survivors include his sons, Tim (Lisa) Cook of Russellville, Tony (Elizabeth) Cook of Morristown; daughter, Carla (Shannon) Ausmus of Bean Station; mother of his children, Myrtle Lamb of Bean Station; sisters, Ellavan Boldin, Bubbis Cook, Ann Widener; brothers, Fred Cook, Russell Cook and Bert Cook. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Monday, September 7, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will began at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Dustin Starnes and Rev. Steve Johnson officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
