Jump was the loving husband of Cindy Corkhill Dautrich. Jump was a true native of the Main Line. Growing up in Narberth and Haverford, he was a lifer at the Episcopal Academy. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and spent his career in the insurance industry. After forty years, he retired in 2018. Jump was very involved in the community, including many years as a coach and board member of TEYSA and as an Elder and Deacon at Wayne Presbyterian Church. He joined the T&E Care board shortly after its inception and served as Chairman from 2015 until his passing. His passion for helping others and his dedication to the local community were unparalleled. Surviving are two children: Chris (Devon) and Cinda Johnson (Craig) and four grandchildren: Eliza, Tyler, Juliet and Ryan. Also surviving are three siblings: Susie Lastowski (Mike), Lisa Black (John) and Jim (Bobbie). For those of you who are most comfortable celebrating Jump from a distance, we invite you to drive by and visit with the family on Friday, October 2 between 10:00-11:00AM at 501 Weatherstone Drive, Paoli, PA. A private family service will be held from 11:30AM to 12:00PM. All are invited to participate virtually; please visit www.facebook.com/AllevaFuneral or click on the link below to view the live service starting on Friday, October 2nd at 11:30AM. For those who are comfortable celebrating Jump in person, we invite you to Jump’s Celebration of Life anytime between 1:00 and 4:00 in the expansive, lovely backyard of Susie and Michael Lastowski’s home at 57 Meadows Lane, Haverford, PA (rain or shine). We kindly ask that you participate in either the drive-by or the in-person celebration. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we ask that you RSVP to Cinda Johnson at [email protected] by Sept 29 with the number attending the backyard Celebration. Masks must be worn at all times. After we reach the allowed size limit, we will encourage you to participate in one of the other ways to honor Jump. Due to these unusual times, we hope that each of you finds a personally meaningful way to remember Jump. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jump’s honor to The Episcopal Academy’s Class of 1970 Scholarship Fund. Please make checks payable to The Episcopal Academy: 1785 Bishop White Drive, Newtown Square, PA 19073.
