Anna (Conaschevick) LaBella, 97, a longtime resident of Rocky Hill, beloved wife of the late Angelo LaBella, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2020. Born in Hartford on March 19, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Sophie (Wizevich) Conaschevick. A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she will be forever dearly missed by her two daughters, Susan LaMott and husband Larry of Rocky Hill and Andrea Petrizzo and husband Tom of Plainville. In addition Anna will be missed by her four adored grandchildren, Taya Caron, Drew Petrizzo, Ryan Petrizzo, Amber Petrizzo and her three cherished great-grandchildren, Gabriella, Alyssa and Kristina. She is also survived by two sisters, Jennie Waterman of Rocky Hill and Elizabeth Dirgo and husband
Andrew of Rocky Hill, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Vera Raschi and Helen Talbot and two brothers, Alexander and Nicholas Conaschevick.
Anna worked for the Ravioli Kitchen for many years. Anna was a loyal fan of the New York Yankees, she wouldn’t miss watching a game and cheering them on. She was an avid reader, enjoyed word games and playing cards with her grandchildren. She liked travelling, dining out and gardening, as well as just spending time with her family. Anna loved to reminisce about the good old days.
