Viewing will be from 10:00am to 10:45am on Wednesday, October 15, 2020 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. A Graveside Service and Burial will be held at Calvary Hill Cemetery at 11:00am.
Helen was born Tree City Louisiana to Alfred and Bonnie Kirkpatrick on November 26, 1924.
She went to school at Rodessa High School in Rodessa, Louisiana. She married Edward Joseph Michaels on October 6, 1943 in Miller County, Arkansas.
Helen is preceded in death by her husband Edward Joseph Michaels, her Mother Bonnie Ellen Williams Kirkpatrick, father Alfred Henry Kirkpatrick, her brothers Tyler Keith Kirkpatrick, Roger Edsel Kirkpatrick and sister Norma Ellen Kirkpatrick Fitts.
Helen is survived by sister Kathleen Fay Kirkpatrick Kyles and brother Alfred Henry Kirkpatrick, daughter Camilla Joan Michaels Wygle, her Husband Jerry Wygle, son Edward Joseph Michaels and his wife Cathy Lynn Dilliard Michaels and son John Mark Michaels, brother Alfred Henry Kirkpatrick, granddaughter Christie Larre Michaels Christian, husband Tom Christian, grandson Nathan Edward Michaels, granddaughter Rebekah Kathryn Michaels Cortina, husband Jonathan Cortina, grandson David Isaac Michaels and grandson Andrew Joseph Michaels.
Pallbearers will be John Michaels, David Michaels, Andrew Michaels and Jonathan Cortina.
The family of Helen Wilma Kirkpatrick Michaels wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Mayberry Gardens Assisted Living and Staff for their Loving and Affectionate Home Care of Helen for the past several years.
We also want to give thanks to Plymouth Park United Methodist Church and The United Methodist Women (UMW) where Helen was a member for 55+ years and a member of the UMW group.They have been a blessing to Helen for the entire time of her membership till the day she went home to the Lord.
