Fred as most people knew him, graduated from Central Kitsap High School in Silverdale, Washington in Class of 1965, Where he played football and completed a plumbing apprenticeship.
He served in the United States Air force from 1965 - 1969. Then started working at the Bremerton Housing Authority for 35 years, retired and went back to work 22 more years at Bangor Naval Base in Bangor, Washington and retired again in 2017. All those years he maintained his own business Moonlight Plumbing.
Fred was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed d-derby, boating, fishing, hunting as much as he did spending time will all of his friends and family, and a good game of cards on Friday night.
He is preceded in death by his Parents: Wilfred and Esta Dibley, Granddaughter: Kaelynn Clark and step Daughter: Sondra Carter.
He is survived by Wife: Darlene of 38 years, Son: Richard Dibley (Teresa) of Port Orchard WA, Ronda Metters (Mike) of Fox Island WA, Raeshel Clark of Tacoma WA, Esta Dibley (Justin) of Rapid City, SD: 5 Grandchildren: Anthony Dibley, Coby and Kyle Clark, Emma and Jackson Metters. Sister: Georgia Park of Puyallup WA, Brothers: David Dibley (Dianne) of Port Orchard WA, Martin Dibley of Port Orchard WA as well as many Nieces and Nephews. And last but not least his best friend Buddy (dog).
We will have grave side services for immediate family only and a celebration of life at a later date.
