She is preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Carter; one son, Tony Williams; three brothers, Gordon Foster, Austin Foster, Alvis Foster; one sister, Ora Furgeson; parents, Walter and Altha Foster.
She is survived by one daughter, Donna Rogers(Travis) of Centreville, AL; one sister, Opal Jones of Centreville, AL; two grandchildren, Melissa Dearman, Louie Williams; two great-grandchildren, Jake Rinehart, Kade Rinehart, and one great-great-grandchild, Arden Rinehart.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 18, 2020, from 1 PM - 2 PM at Rockco Funeral Home-Centreville, AL with the service starting at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Harris Cemetery with Rev. Alan Cook Presiding.
