Mary was born on August 20,1941 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Archie and Tonita Chavez Vigil. When she was a child, the family moved to Pueblo, Colorado. She graduated from Central High School in 1958 and attended classes at Colorado State University at Pueblo. After marriage, she briefly lived in Denver, however, for the last 46 years, Houston has been her home.
Mary was employed by and retired from Spring Branch Independent School District in 2002, after 21 years of being a school bus driver. She loved the students who rode her school bus and even had the pleasure of driving the next generation of kids from those who rode her bus as children.
Mary was a proud and loving Mom, Grandma, and was also a loyal friend. She had a great sense of humor, was a fantastic cook, had a strong work ethic, and was a woman of unwavering faith as a Jehovah's Witness. She was loved and will be missed by many family and friends.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Tonita Vigil, as well as her daughter, Lori Bihl. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Brenda and Clay Collier of Crosby, Texas, Natalie Saiz and Robert Andrade of Jersey Village, Texas, Nadine and John Barnard of Fulshear, Texas and her former husband, Joe Saiz of Houston, Texas. Her Grandchildren include Anthony Bihl II, Joseph Bihl, Samantha Andrade, Casaundra Andrade, Jocelyne Barnard, and Jonathan Barnard. She had one Great Grandchild, Anthony Bihl III. She is also survived by her loving sister and brother-in-law, Anita and Ernest Floyd of Round Rock, Tx.

The Family will receive friends on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, with a Funeral Service following at 4:00 pm in the Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77024.
