Pat grew up in Glendora NJ. In high school he worked at his father’s restaurant called the Murphy House where they were famous for the “Worlds Best Cup of Coffee” on Route 130 West Brooklawn Circle in Brooklawn NJ. Pat graduated from Gloucester Catholic High School, Gloucester NJ, class of 1953 then continued on to USMC-United States Marine Corp from 1954-1956 and Drexel University from 1957-1959. Pat was a gentle, kind and loving soul with positive attitude. He had a kind word for everyone, he was interested in what you were doing, made time for everyone and always had a great sense of humor. He always had your back. He loved the Philadelphia Eagles, 76ers, Flyers and Phillies. He would engage in sports banter about any of those teams at the drop of a hat. He loved sports.
