Thomas Joseph McMeekin, age 70, passed away November 16, 2020 at his Jacksonville, Florida home. Thomas was born on August 2, 1950 in Bronx, NY to Thomas and Margaret McMeekin. Thomas proudly served and retired from the United States Navy. He worked as an engineer. He was married to Rose Ann Kuriger. Thomas was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Rose McMeekin; children: Matt, Audrey, Chris, Christina and Lisa; his sister, Pat; and several grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Those attending the services are asked to meet in Lane 2.
